Monthly Memberships
Our monthly memberships are designed to make chiropractic accessible to everyone, for less than the average insurance co-pay. During your first time in our clinic, the Doctor will set you up with a treatment plan, and we have different memberships that tailor to your needs:
4 visits per month for $119 ($29.75 per visit)
8 visits per month for $199 ($24.88 per visit)
12 visits per month for $279 ($23.25 per visit)
We offer special discounts for minors, college students, and military.
*If you need extra visits we can simply add them to your account for $20 per additional visit.
Punch Pass Plans
If you prefer to drop in on an as-needed basis or simply need more flexibility in how you use your visits, we offer Punch Pass options, which never expire:
1 single visit pass $59
5 visit pass $209 ($41.80 per visit)
10 visit pass $349 ($34.90 per visit)
20 visit pass $569 ($28.45 per visit)
What to expect your first time at our clinic
When you come to our office for your appointment, the doctor will ask you questions about your symptoms and/or health goals. The Doctors at Doctor Tony Chiro Clinic take the time to listen and formulate a tailored approach to your care. You’ll then receive a thorough exam, followed by a full body adjustment focused on decreasing symptoms, increasing range of motion, and improving the activities of your daily life. Our Doctors are trained in multiple techniques to cater to those who prefer low-force techniques and those who prefer more traditional manipulation therapies.
We also offer physiotherapies and access to any diagnostics in the form of X-Rays or MRIs that you may need. After your adjustment, the Doctor will provide you with a treatment plan, home instructions, and answer any remaining questions that you may have. Our staff will also find the most affordable way to complete your treatment plan.
Prior to coming into the clinic, please complete your paperwork here so that we are able to decrease your time in the waiting room and maximize your time with the Doctor.

Dr. Anthony “Tony” Simone is a graduate of Life University, in Atlanta Georgia, where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2007. Dr. Simone has a strong passion for excellence and a concierge-style approach when treating his patients. Dr. Simone has a well-rounded education and has successfully completed rigorous national board examinations with outstanding marks. Dr. Simone is highly experienced in treating many types of injuries and utilizing correctional rehabilitation. He regularly attends workshops and post-doctoral seminars to better serve his patients.
Dr. Simone has been a speaker/presenter at the Morehouse School of Medicine, the Georgia Department of Human Resources, The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as countless community, school, and corporate events.
He has had the opportunity to work with many major celebrities and leading industry CEOs. He has been credited in "The Chiropractor's Healthbook" (1997; Random House/Crown publishing) for research and preparation.
As a licensed Chiropractic Physician, he is extremely patient-centered and focused on getting results. Dr. Simone has strong experience treating a variety of patients of all ages.
In his free time, he enjoys writing, attending concerts, and cooking.
